Colourology Workshop
Colourology Workshop
Stepping out of your "safe zone" of neutrals and "go-to" 'whites can be daunting, we get it! We want to create spaces that are interesting, live up to our design intentions and push our boundaries to help us grow as designers. The key to success is knowing how to connect the client's vision with their environment by knowing how colour makes us feel, and connecting that with the right vocabulary to describe colour to our client's in a way that evokes those feelings.
-
The COLOUROLOGY workshop will focus on how to walk into a room, notice important elements and help you consider prompts to tease out what your client wants the space to feel. We’ll provide you with tools to help you select the best colour and how to effectively communicate this colour with your client and other stakeholders.
-
The COLOUROLOGY workshop is aimed at emerging, established and diversifying designers and decorators, as well as design and decoration students. This includes architects, building designers, documenters, specifiers, and builders. The workshop assumes a base knowledge of colour theory and is intended to build on those learnings.
-
